我的AM5728通过SD卡启动，第一版之前可以启动，最近测试发现无法启动：
串口信息如下：

第二版使用同样SD卡，串口无信息
通过测试发现DDR的RESET无信号，即CPU的DDR2_RST、DDR1_RST无输出，焊接无问题。
想问一下什么原因，设计是参考开发板。谢谢
