比如我们想通过SRIO向另外一个6678的内存中发送数据，那么在directIO的传输方式下，目标地址应该写入的就是接收端6678内存的地址吗？还是需要做一个转换？

不需要做转换，只要是对方的实际物理地址就可以了（注意这里是物理地址，而不是逻辑地址），SRIO首先是通过device ID来判断要写的目的器件，然后是通过地址来查找要写的范围。
