TMS320C6747仿真器连接时出错

手上有3块C6747的板子，之前调试的时候连接都是正常的。今天在测试的时候，2块板连接正常，其中有一块板子出现了 在ccs6.0中的Test Connection中是正确的，但是点击Connect  target后出现了C674X_0: Error connecting to the target: (Error -6311) PRSC module failed to write to a register. (Emulation package 5.1.507.0)  是什么原因，怎么解决。
