问题描述：自己设计一款DSP+FPGA板卡，DSP通过TPS56221 和4644供电，输入电压是12V，DSP上电顺序是由FPGA控制，现在按照加电顺序上电后，电源电压输出均正常，问题是电流一直在增加，是1mA的样子往上长。摸DSP芯片就很热，有一个问题就是，当用风扇吹时，电流是1mA的往下降？！！
DSP 6678没有加散热片，这是什么原因？？？！！！
温度升高，功率会增加，建议增加散热方式
