开发板程序用的GE ，在电脑端用抓包工具能抓到，自己做的板子用的是sgmi 0口，pc收不到任何信息，gpMDIO_regs->LINK_REG的值为0x2 ，gpMDIO_regs->ALIVE_REG值也为2
