关于 PRSC module failed to write to a register的问题

使用了贵公司的TMS320C6678CYP，test connect没问题，接下来debug时候无法写入寄存器，提示如下错误  Error connecting to the target: (Error -6311) PRSC module failed to write to a register. (Emulation package 6.0.504.1)

bootmode 设置和RESET都没问题
