请问c6678 EVM开发板中的那个配置的FPGA程序哪里有下载（工程文件），官网上下载的只是源文件，我自己配置好引脚后，下载进去不对。用官网给的bit文件下载进去，电源指示灯和调试的4个灯都量，我自己编译的，电源指示灯亮了，电源除CVDD外都正常，CVDD只有0.94V，而官网的bit文件下载后，CVDD只有1.1V。而且启动不了DSP。请问问题出在哪里？
