相机的输出是1080P 25帧，通过cap----》nsf -----》dis，对采集和显示设置30，50,和60帧都可以正常显示，这是如何处理的？

显示如果没有收到新的数据会显示最后的一个buffer（最新的）的内容。

如果采集25帧，设置成24帧，是否最后一帧就被扔掉了？
如果将这个进行编码是否也是24帧？还是编码里有自己的帧频配置？
