L138 mDDR 读写速度慢

使用mDDR ，型号MT46H64M

系统主频300Mhz，mDDR时钟115Mhz，使用一段内存拷贝代码在DSP端进行测试

分两种情况测试，  L2 -> L2 和 DDR->DDR，L2操作速度为DDR拷贝的11倍！（两种测试都没开cache）

差异有这么大吗？ 是不是DDR相关配置有问题？

    L2是片上memory，L2之间的数据搬移不需要通过SCR，速度要比片外的DDR快。

    如果能正确传输DDR-DDR，说明DDR的配置没有问题，要提高速度的话，可以考虑用edma以及使能cache。
