现在需要输入一路VGA和一路1080P ，都是25帧，编码后RTSP传输，开发包里没有对应帧频的设置，需要添加，添加的信息涉及时序的设置吗？

我理解采集对于芯片来说，芯片是被动接收，所以时序上芯片是根据外部信号的同步信号来采集数据的。但是同步信号来了以后，采集多少数据，这个用户还是要指定的。
