如果采集的视频是BT1120,是否就需要设置视频时序，前后肩和同步信号宽度等信息了？
这些时序是否只对显示有用，在vpshal_hdvenc.c里的hdVencStdModeInfo[ ]设置吗?采集编码没有时序的设置？

内同步信号输入，芯片硬件会解析出内嵌的同步信息，当然需要配置VIP为内同步输入。
