我这边使用的是AM5728EVM的原理图，但是CPU用的是AM5718，上电后，AM5728什么程序都没跑，AM5718就发烫得非常厉害。我们检测过电路的电压，都是正常的工作范围，为什么还会发烫这么严重呢？
请问有没有检查过焊接问题，看是否有短路和虚焊的问题，另外，不用的管脚，尽量接到固定电平，特别是不用的输入管脚，不要悬空。
估计电路或者焊接有问题，芯片可能挂了
