SmartReflex的电压可不可以用用固定的1.0V，会有什么不好的影响

由于每个C6678的核电压存在差异，所以从功耗，芯片稳定性及寿命角度来讲，建议采用smartreflex。在前期设计时考虑板子的调测灵活性，建议可以同时设计支持smartreflex以及固定电压两种供电方式，便于后续一旦问题时易于切换。
