板子上有3颗无源晶振，分别供给4378的主时钟，RTC时钟和以太网PHY芯片时钟
不知道这三个晶振的负载电容和频偏多少比较合适
请参考数据手册第页上的OSC0, OSC1说明。5.13.2.3 Input Clock Requirementshttp://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/am4378.pdfPHY时钟，可以查看下PHY那边有无具体的关于时钟的要求。
从目前来说，我们对于时钟的要求是小于或等于50ppm。
