Qmss_queueOpen ( )，一个核用此函数打开一个队列，函数返回值Qmss_QueueHnd是存储在本地内存的是吗，那两个核都打开同一个队列号，返回值Qmss_QueueHnd是一样的，但是分别存储在本地内存中是吗？
Queue Hnd 只是个软件概念，肯定和执行的CORE相关的，要看CMD文件把这个变量定义在哪个memory空间的
