你好，调试网络时，需要更改SGMII的收发时钟，SERDES的时钟，这两个需要在PDK/ti/packages/drv/emac里的源码修改，修改后，如何编译，使其生效呢？
如果要在终端下编译，那么具体步骤和命令是什么？
