问题1：例如我在0核同时打开了channel0和channel1，那么我用0核把数据用多核导航器发送给1核，那么此时0核如何决定用哪个channel传输数据呢？
问题2：设计0核和1核通过多核导航器互相传输数据，那么我在0核和1核如何打开channel？
channel分为Tx/rx，Tx channel与TxQ一一对应，在发送端将descriptor push到哪个TxQ就选择哪个Tx channel进行数据发送，Rx channel是硬件自动选择，不同的pktDMA其channel对应关系，不一样，但是不需要软件选择，只需要在初始化时使能所有的channel即可。
