在网上一些文章看到的，但我自己看的PRU相关资料里却没见过这个IEP timer？

你看的是什么资料呢？你给的这个资料上是有的。
你看的这个资料是AM335x, IEP timer是在新版的PRU里有。C674x/OMAP-L13x是老版本的PRU。
