在DM8168的板卡上，DVRRDK4.0开发包，对1080P 25帧两路进行h264的视频编码处理，编码处理的哪些参数可能导致rtsp输出的视频出现丢帧，卡顿的现象？

在DM8168板卡上，采集1080P 和 640 x 480两路视频，640 x 480 逐行输出给TVP5158进行解码，然后输出给DM8168进行采集。
在采集参数设置中，将扫描方式设置为 逐行 时，只采集640x240。将扫描方式设置为 隔行 时，采集正常，但是1080P丢帧。
现在将扫描方式设置为 逐行 ，通过DEI将640 x 240 放大为640 x 480解码，传输。一切正常，是否可以将后端的问题排除？

你可以先确认一下 1080P 视频丢帧的位置？知道丢帧在哪个模块中出现的，再解决问题。
