关于sys/bios工程的烧写问题

刚接触SYS/bios系统，有很多不明白，望解答一下；

1、sys/bios系统是安装在哪？是在CCS里还是在开发板上？

2、建立的sys/bios工程如果要烧到flash里运行，那么先要把sys/bios系统文件烧进flash吗，还是sys/bios工程中带有系统文件，直接烧入工程文件就行了？
