c6670网口发包问题

直接通过封装帧头部的方式进行发送，SGMII端口的STAT计数器也都正常，但pc却收不到包。

还有一个现象是发送完TX描述符个数+1的数据包后，PC端才会收到第1个包，而且PC端抓包存在丢包和坏包现象，但是查询STAT全是GOODFRAME。

表示很崩溃。。。
