C6416T 1GHz模式下debug出错，求帮忙分析下~

自己的板子6416T，50Mhz外部晶振，配置为20×时钟模式，仿真器测试是全部通过，debug程序时，出现emulator report an error错误，无法进入调试debug模式，将外部输入配置为12×模式时，也就是CPU 600Mhz，一切正常，求各位大侠帮我看看，谢谢
