用达芬奇实现图像压缩，用中断读取数据，为什么在第三帧的中断处，才能用第一帧的数据，而不是在第一帧或者第二帧的中断产生处就能应用图像数据；难道芯片的VideoPort采集用两帧的延迟时间？
