C6414 加载问题

使用TMS320C6414的时候，采用DSP的EMIFB总线从1MB的Flash中进行上电加载，(BEA19，BEA18)=10，EMIF roomboot。

模块刚开始的时候上电加载正常，经过2个星期后遇到个问题：Flash读写正常，但是上电加载无法成功，从JTAG连接仿真器，运行正常。

请问，这是什么原因呢？
