 我通过RGMII接口与KSZ9021连接。目前已经完成MDIO操作，但网线连接以后却无法实现连接。打印KSZ9021的reg 1的值一直是0x7949，即Auto-Negotition 不能完成。Link status也是一直处于down状态。求大神指导，感激不尽
