RDK4.0,将H264数据送入DEC，然后通过Display输出有严重的马赛克。但是重启系统有时不会花屏，有时会花屏（基本是交替出现）。解码没有任何报错信息。花屏的时候感觉画面相比正常有明显的延时。
在画面有运动的时候花屏特别严重

请问你这个是本地文件解码，还是 rtsp 或者其他网络实时传过来的数据解码的 ？
是rtsp，没有发现有丢包的现象
把同一个视频，拷贝到本地，再解码播放，是否同样有马赛克呢 ？
