现象：
CCS V5.4 导入之前一个工程，
ccxml中选用 TI simulator，
DEBUG，提示 The project xxx is not device specific.
确实，在菜单 工程属性 中 没有看到可以选择的 （正常的项目有一个 General下，可以选择目标器件）
问题：
1、项目属性，弹 出来的设置项目，与项目有很大关系，菜单差异很大，是这样吗？
2、如何解决这个问题，就是如何看到 General那个选项卡？
