在6638上开发使用了一些外设模块，如加速器等， 打开对应外设的时钟并初始化外设设置，使用一段时间后
需要通过psc控制来关闭对应外设模块的时钟输入以降低功耗
请问如果需要再次使用该外设模块，除了通过PSC控制重新打开该外设时钟输入外，是否需要重新对该外设进行初始化？
对于外设模块的间断打开与关闭外设时钟，是否有其他需要注意的事项？
