最近装了CCS5，可以正常使用，但是就是菜单栏少了tools项，请问是哪出问题？

debug 的时候才会出来，你试试！！
确实是debug的时候，可以出来，可是我同事安装的好几台电脑不需要debug，也能有tools工具
