由于冬天出现的频率相对来说较高，故有怀疑容易受静电损坏。请问TI工作人员，CPU的抗扰损坏能力怎样？是否有不同批次而有改进的情况？
每个批次都是测试后出厂的，CPU容易损坏可能开发测试或者生产过程中防静电措施不充分导致的。
芯片肯定是有ESD保护的，但是冬天静电大，你板子的ESD保护一定要做好，做板子的时候没进行ESD测试吗？
