使用swMsPrm进行缩放后，出来的数据是YUYV格式，后面要进行H264压缩，而H264压缩链路要求输入的数据为YUV420SP，视乎有冲突，各位同仁是否有类似问题的解决方案.
ps:先进行swMSprm是因为要在放大后的图像进行文字叠加。

可以再把输出再转换为YUV420，或者看看能否修改选择输出为YUV420的SC。
