C6713使用LDO供电的问题

我用的是PTH05050WAH给TMS320C6713BGDP-A200供电，但由于供给PTH05050WAH的5V电源在低温时纹波变大，导致DSP偶尔启动不了，请问如果在PTH05050WAH后面再加一级LDO电源能否改善低温时的纹波，TMS320C6713BGDP-A200的3.3v和1.2V各需要多大电流，TI是否有对应的LDO芯片呢？多谢！
