我计算一条汇编指令的执行周期，这个周期中是否要包delay slots 和 functional unit latency？？？？
指令的执行时间看指令集手册里每条指令的Instruction Type。如果是Single-cycle表示需要1个cpu cycle, 如果是4-cycle表示需要4个cpu cycles.
