C6746使用SYSBIOS和NDK后时钟定时器不准，通过GPS校准发现，一分钟内时钟计数器会超过GPS时间3s左右。

DSP内部的计时是根据1ms触发一次Timer中断来计数。计1000次为1s，依次累加。之后与GPS的时间进行比对，发现计数器总是会超前计数。
