C6670的Timer用Target/Device-Specific Timer Modules，能设置64-bit模式吗？当我静态配置Timer为64-bit模式时，编译出错，提示不支持64-bit。
Timer是64bit的，可以设置成2个32bit timer模式，请确保包含了正确的C66 timer csl 源文件和头文件
