网卡灯应该上电就亮的.先查查硬件是不是好的.
如果网线连上link灯不闪的话说明网口在硬件上根本就没有正常工作，首先请检查硬件原理图的连接和软件配置的是否一致
没有link说明物理层局没有连接上。请先确保你的调试环境司ok的，别的板子能用。
