DSP核使用别的中断都一切正常，就是使用TIM中断的时候就出问题了，表现为ARM内核正常运行，DSP核的TIM中断也正常运行，但是ARM核却不能再中断DSP核了，DSP核却可以正常中断ARM核，原因是啥啊
对于中断的我建议按下面步骤检查问题：
1. 配置好后，手动写IFR看是否能触发相应的中断。保证中断初始化及向量表等设置正确。
2. 再从外设产生中断信号看是否能触发中断，验证中断映射关系正确。
