最近在调AM1808的 DDR2 ,用的是 MICRON 的MT47H64M16HR,找了半天没有看到CPU在操作DDR2时的具体时序参数指标，
就是那种有图形和对应的每个时间参数的说明，现在看到有的只是简单的介绍，请给个参考吧，谢谢！！
