C6678 的DDR3测试问题

TI工程师你好！我们正在测试一块6678板卡的DDR3  ddr的型号是MT41K512M16(32Mrg*16*8Banks)，使用Memory_test里面的MemoryCopyTest进行测试，gel也做了相应的配置，但是在测试的时候发现了问题。在数据写入验证总是在第十二位出错。例如我在0x80000000上写入0x80000000但是读回来的数值却是0x800000800，请问该如何解决？急！！！！！！！！！！！！
