如果你说这个寄存器的值是否能修改，回答是：NO。
如果是问用这个芯片时，MAC 地址是否可以修改，回答是：YES，网络的MAC地址是在软件里的，可以通过软件读这个寄存器来设置，也可以自己定义。当然是否唯一就得你自己保证了。
