AM335X ADC不使用时，所有的ADC接地么

在上面看到，

If ADC is not used...
  • Connect all TSC_ADC terminals (VREFP, VREFN, AIN[7:0], VDDA_ADC, and VSSA_ADC) to same ground as all VSS terminals.

要是VDDA＿ADC与VSSA_ADC 也都连接到地，会不会短路呢？

这里的VDDA_ADC可不可以悬空？
