我正在使用ti 的DM8168做视频开发，目前有两个问题想请教一下：

硬件上，DM8168中HDVICP和HDVPSS更底层的寄存器级配置可否公开，是否要签NDA，具体联系谁；

软件上，目前压缩是使用的H.264的格式。有无针对VC1（针对微软系统）和36VP8（针对google浏览器）格式的压缩
