自己做的一块基于66AK2H12的板子，外围电路已经确认过没有问题。
CCS软件版本位CCS6.2.0。
test connection已经通过，但是在debug调试时仿真器连接失败。显示错误为：
Device functional clock appears to be off. Power-cycle the board. If error persists, confirm configuration and/or try more reliable JTAG settings(e.g. lower TCLK)
调了好久没发现问题出在哪，有没有大神帮忙看一下？
