DSP编译环境问题

TI的工作人员您好，我用的DSP芯片是TMS320C6713 , 我现有的仿真器类型是SEED-XDS560PLUS。 想问一下我想在win7 64位系统下对DSP进行操作，需要CCS哪个版本？  

目前我有个版本是CCS8的 但是在建立工程时：Selected device is no longer supported by compilers of version 8.0.0 or higher. 

请问我要选择什么版本的CCS
