RBL无法启动UBL

在OMAPL138下开发，我的UBL工程加仿真器调试是可以引导U-BOOT的，但是将UBL工程生成的.bin文件用nandwriter.out烧到nand flash中后，板子上电后程序停在ROM空间，检查过BOOTCFG是没有问题的，用AISgen工具烧进去也没用，想知道可能还有什么原因会导致这种情况发生。
