请教TMS320DM642不能debug的可能原因

通过重装CCS5.2和使用新的仿真器，发现之前不能debug的dm642芯片能够仿真调试了，但是仍然有两块dm642芯片不能debug调试，CCS5.2通过xds510plus connect时，CCS5.2会闪退。现象是CCS5.2能够通过tms320dm642.ccxml中的test connect和dm642进行通讯，但是debug connect时就会闪退。附图片如下。请问一下大家有没有碰到过这种情况，可能是由哪些原因造成的？
