①根据官网给的6678excel功耗估算工具，CORE的占用率分SP和cc，提示说SP和CC加一起不能超过100%，但实际操作SP和CC都设置成100%没有报错而且电流还有变化，不知道是这个软件设计的问题，还是说可以这么设置？
②datasheet中启动模式是可以选择PCIE启动方式的，但是设置完boot device之后并没有相应的config说明，请问这部分说明在哪里？
