看到有许多教程都说CCS工程中一定要添加.cmd文件，然后讲了一大堆.cmd文件有什么用，但是这个文件在哪里啊？怎么找？要另外下载吗？还是安装好CCS之后就有？如果要下载能不能给一个链接？
