spi cs1 boot不成功

spi连接cs0 boot成功，然后连接cs1 ，然后我将 bootmode  pin 7改为1(01:cs1 is  active),将boot parameter table 中的chipsel改为1，向flash中写入数据也正常，但是重新开电后，用仿真器连接core0,发现地址一直在0x20bxxxxx。望指导，谢谢！
