1.同样一个程序在片上空间运行正常，在DDR2中运行过程中总是跑飞

2.在DDR2中运行时，DDR2的初始化配置是在GEL文件中完成的

3.开始配置DDR2的工作时钟为144MHz，时钟频率降低后程序运行时仍有跑飞现象，DDR2芯片型号为MT47H32M16-3

请教各位工程师，该现象是什么原因造成的?
